1. Introduction
Construction Calculator Pro ("the App") is developed and published by Nexovia LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it. The App is available on Google Play for Android devices running Android 8.0 Oreo (API 26) or later.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect or transmit your calculation data, your name, your email address, or any personally identifiable information to Nexovia servers. All calculation inputs and results are stored exclusively in a local Room SQLite database on your device and never leave it. The following permissions are NOT requested by the App: - Camera access - Microphone or audio recording - Location (GPS or network-based) - Contacts - Broad external storage read/write (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) Exported PDF and CSV files are shared via Android's standard share sheet using FileProvider. Nexovia does not have access to these files.
3. Permissions Requested
The App requests the following Android permissions: INTERNET Used for: Google AdMob ads (free tier only), Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Core calculator features do not require internet and function fully offline. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Used for: AdMob connectivity checks before loading ads, and Google Play In-App Update detection. This permission is not used to transmit user data.
4. Third-Party Services
4a. Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — for example, which calculators are used most frequently. No personally identifiable information is collected. Data is processed by Google LLC per Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
4b. Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports. Crash reports include device model, Android OS version, and a stack trace. No personal data, calculation inputs, or user-identifiable information is included. Data is processed by Google LLC.
4c. Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)
The free tier of the App displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect an Android Advertising ID and other non-personal technical information per Google's advertising privacy policy. Users who have purchased the PRO upgrade do not see ads and AdMob is not initialized for them.
4d. Google Play Billing
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. Nexovia does not have access to payment card information or billing details. Purchase receipts are validated directly with the Google Play Billing API.
5. Calculation Data
All calculation inputs and results are stored locally on your device using a Room SQLite database. This data is never transmitted to Nexovia servers or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android device settings.
6. Exported Files
Users may export calculation results as PDF or CSV. These files are created locally on your device and shared via Android's standard share sheet using FileProvider. Nexovia does not have access to exported files.
7. Children's Privacy
Construction Calculator Pro is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at support@nexovia.cloud so we can take appropriate action.
8. Data Retention
Calculation history is stored locally on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Nexovia does not retain any user data on its servers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date below will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
