1. Introduction
PrecisionFrame Pro (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Nexovia LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using PrecisionFrame Pro you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) — screen views, feature usage. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — device model, OS version, crash stack trace. No personal data is attached.
- Camera access — used locally only for the SmartScan feature. No images are transmitted to any server.
- Calculation history — stored locally on your device only. Never synced to Nexovia LLC servers.
- Purchase status — managed entirely by Google Play. Not stored by Nexovia LLC.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
- Location data
- Contacts, messages, or any other device data
- Photos — SmartScan images are processed on-device and immediately discarded after recognition
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Play Billing — payment processing, governed by Google's Privacy Policy
- Firebase Analytics — anonymous app usage metrics (Google LLC)
- Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash reporting (Google LLC)
- Google AdMob — ads shown in the free tier, governed by Google's Privacy Policy
5. Data Storage and Security
All user data (calculation history, settings, Pro status) is stored locally on your device using Android's Room database and SharedPreferences. Nexovia LLC does not operate servers that store user data.
6. Children's Privacy
PrecisionFrame Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us at support@nexovia.cloud.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about analytics data, contact us at support@nexovia.cloud.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
