Privacy Policy — Tile & Grout Pro

1. Introduction
Nexovia LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Tile & Grout Pro Android application ("App"). This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.
2. Data We Collect
2a. Data stored locally on your device (via Room database):
- Your tiling project estimates (dimensions, tile sizes, results)
- App preferences (unit system, theme, onboarding status)
This data is never transmitted to our servers.
2b. Anonymous usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics):
- App interactions: screens viewed, calculations performed, features used, paywall shown, buttons tapped
- Device model, OS version, app version (anonymous, not linked to you)
- No personal identifying information is collected
Firebase automatically deletes analytics data after 14 months.
2c. Advertising data (via Google AdMob — free tier only):
- Device Advertising ID (used by Google to serve personalized ads)
- This is managed entirely by Google per their Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Pro users who have upgraded have ads disabled; AdMob does not collect advertising data for Pro users during ad-free sessions.
2d. Purchase information (via Google Play Billing):
- Purchase status (Pro or free) is stored locally on your device
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play
- We do not receive or store your payment card information
3. Data We Do Not Collect
We do NOT collect: your name, email address, phone number, physical address, location (GPS or network), photos, audio, contacts, calendar data, files, messages, health data, browsing history, or crash logs. Firebase Crashlytics is NOT integrated in this app.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Anonymous analytics are processed by Google Firebase (Google LLC). Advertising data (free tier) is processed by Google AdMob (Google LLC). No other third parties receive your data.
5. Children's Privacy
Tile & Grout Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at support@nexovia.cloud.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Local app data can be deleted at any time via Android Settings > Apps > Tile & Grout Pro > Storage > Clear Data. Firebase Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months per Firebase policy.
7. Security
All data transmitted (Firebase Analytics, AdMob) is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Local Room database data is protected by Android's application sandbox.
8. Your Rights
You may request information about data collected about you, or request deletion, by contacting us at support@nexovia.cloud.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
