We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy or as required by law.
Data Security

Mobile Applications
When you use our mobile applications, we may collect:
- Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- App usage data and analytics
- Crash reports and performance data
We do not access your camera, microphone, photo library, or contacts without your explicit permission. Any permissions requested are used solely for the functionality described at the time of request.
Calculator History Data
When you use the Finance Calculator mobile application:
- We store your calculation history and results locally on your device only
- You can configure how long we retain your calculator history through the app settings: 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days (default: 90 days)
- Calculator history is automatically deleted from your device after your selected retention period expires
- You can manually clear your calculator history at any time through the More/Settings screen
- Your calculator history is NOT transmitted to our servers, backed up to the cloud, or shared with any third parties
- All calculation data remains under your exclusive control on your local device
If you uninstall the application, all locally stored calculator history will be permanently removed from your device.
App Data, Anonymous IDs and AI Features
Anonymous IDs. Some of our apps work without an account. These apps may create a random anonymous identifier so that our backend services can operate. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address or any other personal account.
Data stored on your device. Where an app stores the content you create (such as documents, notes, history or settings) on your device, that content stays on your device. We do not upload it to our servers or back it up to our cloud. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If you have turned on your device's own backup (for example, Android backup to your Google account), that backup may include app data under your device settings.
AI-powered features. When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, the text needed for that request (for example, content you have written or pasted) is sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate the result. We do not store this content on our servers, and it is only sent when you use an AI feature.
Usage limits. To apply plan limits and prevent abuse, we may store feature usage counts (such as the number of AI actions used per day) linked to the anonymous identifier. These counts contain no content you have created. You can request their deletion by contacting support@nexovia.cloud.
Subscriptions. In-app subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Advertising
Our mobile applications display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC.
What AdMob Collects
- Device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID)
- IP address and general location
- Device type, operating system, and app usage information
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
How Advertising Data is Used
- To serve relevant advertisements within our apps
- To measure ad performance and engagement
- To prevent fraud and abuse
Your Advertising Choices
You can opt-out of personalized advertising by:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

Other Third-Party Services
Our apps may use Google Firebase (for backend services, crash reporting and app usage analytics) and Google Play services (for security checks that protect our services from abuse, and for billing). These services may collect device information such as device model, operating system version, app version and crash details, under Google's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nexovia.cloud.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
