Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nexovia's services, including our web platform and mobile applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to use our services for personal and commercial purposes under the following conditions:

• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions
• You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Mobile Applications

By downloading or using our mobile applications, you agree that:

• You will comply with all applicable third-party terms (including app store terms)
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Updates may be required for continued use of the applications
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms

The mobile applications are provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the applications at any time.

User Data and Ownership

For the Finance Calculator mobile application:

• You retain full ownership rights to all calculator history and calculation results generated through the application
• Your calculator data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Nexovia servers
• You may export your calculator history at any time in a machine-readable format (if export feature is available)
• Upon termination of your use of the application or uninstallation, all locally stored calculator history will remain on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the app
• Nexovia does not claim any ownership rights to your personal calculation data or results

Subscription and Payments

Some features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. For subscriptions purchased through app stores, refunds are subject to the app store's policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Nexovia LLC be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
